Our Wondae brand -building process is collaborative from start to finish.
You’ll need a clear schedule for the day as we will need constant feedback and design decisions as we go along.
We’ll stay connected throughout the day via a dedicated Telegram pop-up group and jump on Zoom calls for key discussions, so you’ll always feel supported and in the loop.
To make the most of our time together, you’ll complete a simple brand questionnaire and create a Pinterest board in advance. This prep means we can hit the ground running — so that by the end of the day, you’ll have a brand you’re proud to share.

Your collateral build day is all about getting your Canva brand assets done — fast.
To prepare, you’ll create a wish list of the collateral you’d like us to focus on — whether that’s re-skinning existing templates, creating new designs or sourcing fresh assets that fit your brand.
On the day itself, you won’t need to be involved — we’ll put our heads down and work intensively through your priorities, tackling as much of your list as humanly possible.
Because everything is built in Canva, you’ll be able to make quick edits yourself afterwards — from swapping in new text to updating images and colours — without needing to rely on us.
By the end, you’ll walk away with a suite of beautifully polished, ready-to-use designs that feel completely on-brand.

Ahead of the day, you’ll simply choose the template style that best fits your needs. From there, we handle everything. You won’t need to be involved during the day itself — we’ll be working intensively behind the scenes to create your beautiful custom template.

WONDAE frequently asked questions

A non-refundable 60% deposit is required upon booking to secure your studio date(s). The remaining 40% balance is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled time block.
One change of date is permitted, provided at least 14 days’ notice is given in writing. Late payments or insufficient notice may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
We understand that life sometimes throws curveballs. If unexpected circumstances arise, please get in touch with us as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.

You will need Canva Pro.
The pro version gives you licence to use any fonts, stock images etc for commercial use. You will need to upgrade your account before working with us to unlock all the benefits. This is a business expense, therefore, tax deductible. You can choose between a yearly or monthly subscription. CLICK HERE to see Canva pricing.

This is a done-with-you experience, meaning we’ll be designing each deliverable of your brand (colour, fonts, logo/s), helping you make confident branding decisions as we go along.
The step-by-step process is educational, empowering & inspiring — all at the same time!

Not to worry — we going to task you with some ‘homework’ first.
We will send you a brand questionnaire & Pinterest mood board exercise to help you define your visual vision before the session. We are also here to help you make decisions along the way.
Please note that due to the nature of this service — fast decision making is needed to best maximise on your day pass. Therefore, your homework prep is an essential influence to the outcome of your Wondae booking!
