Booking Terms

To secure your studio booking, a non-refundable 60% deposit is required upon acceptance of this quotation. The remaining 40% balance is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. Full payment must be received before your session can go ahead. You may request one change of date, provided a minimum of 10 days’ notice is given in writing. Date changes with less than 10 days’ notice are treated as a cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.

Time Block, Scope & Same-Day Sign-Off

Your booking secures a fixed one-day time block (“Session”). Unless agreed in writing, the Session does not extend beyond the booked day/time (including late start, delays in approvals, missing access/logins, or incomplete prep). The Session covers the agreed scope for this booking only. Additional requests, extra panels and pages, or new deliverables are out of scope and require a separate booking or additional fee. Where applicable, sign-off is required on the Session day.

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking, the 60% deposit remains non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the Session, you remain responsible for 100% of the fee (as the day has been reserved exclusively for you).

Intellectual Property (IP)

All drafts, working files, concepts, and unused ideas remain Wondae Cafe’s property. Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you only once full payment has been received. Until then, you may not publish, distribute, or use any work commercially.

Trademarking

You are solely responsible for trademark searches, clearance, registration, and enforcement. Wondae Cafe does not provide legal advice and makes no warranties regarding trademark availability. You agree to hold Wondae Cafe harmless from trademark disputes arising from your use of the deliverables.

Third-Party Licences (Fonts, Stock, Platforms, Plugins)

Unless explicitly included in writing, fonts, stock imagery, platforms, plugins, and any third-party assets/licences are not included. If you request or use any third-party assets, you are responsible for purchasing and complying with the relevant licences.

Portfolio Use

Wondae Cafe may display the work for portfolio and marketing purposes once the Client has launched/published it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Wondae Cafe provides creative services with reasonable skill and care, but does not guarantee business outcomes (including sales, revenue, conversion rates, search rankings, reach, or brand recognition).

Limitation of Liability

Wondae Cafe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or revenue). Wondae Cafe’s total liability arising from the Session is capped at the fees actually paid by you for the Session.
